NOVELTY - Guided tissue regeneration (GTR) film comprises a film body, which is formed by stacking and thermally processing multiple layers of as-cast films, where the as-cast films being composited by thermoplastic degradable polymers and active fillers. USE - Uses as guided tissue regeneration film. ADVANTAGE - The GTR film has good elasticity, high tensile strength, high toughness and controllable distribution of active fillers in the polymer matrix without filler coagulation, and good in-situ promotion of hard tissue growth activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the guided tissue regeneration film, comprising (i) dissolving the thermoplastic degradable polymer in a dispersion liquid containing active fillers to obtain a mixed liquid, allowing to stand the mixed liquid for defoaming, then pouring into a mold, and solidifying to form a cast film, (ii) sequentially subjecting the stacked as-cast films to hot pressing treatment, two-way rolling, and annealing treatment to obtain a stacked-rolled film, and (iii) performing surface modification treatment on the laminated film to obtain guided tissue regeneration film.
