NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide composite wear-resistant material involves adding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin to white oil and stirring magnetically until completely dissolved to prepare a shell material solution, dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in ethanol to prepare a core material solution, adopting coaxial spinning method, use aluminum foil as receiving screen, adjusting solution advancement rate, voltage and receiving distance, and making composite fiber by electrostatic spinning of shell material solution and core material solution. The composite fiber prepared is immersed in the extractant of polyvinylpyrrolidone for 72 hours, taken out, and then vacuum dried to obtain hollow ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide composite wear-resistant material used for automotive clutches. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide composite wear-resistant material, has high wear resistance and heat dissipation property, in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide composite wear-resistant material involves adding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin to white oil and stirring magnetically until completely dissolved to prepare a shell material solution, dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in ethanol to prepare a core material solution, adopting coaxial spinning method, use aluminum foil as receiving screen, adjusting solution advancement rate, voltage and receiving distance, and making composite fiber by electrostatic spinning of shell material solution and core material solution. The composite fiber prepared is immersed in the extractant of polyvinylpyrrolidone for 72 hours, taken out, and then vacuum dried to obtain hollow ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, which is further woven into plain weave fiber cloth, first grounded the polyoxymethylene resin and polytetrafluoroethylene resin into a fine powder, then added to the mixed solvent of diphenyl ether/acetone, stirred to make a suspension, then added graphene oxide, dispersant, disulfide molybdenum, glass beads, silicon carbide, silane coupling agent, magnetic stirred for 30 minutes to form a slurry, where the mass ratio of diphenyl ether to acetone in the mixed solvent is 1:3, poured into the machine tank of the fiber cloth dipping machine prepared, and immersed for 2-3 hours, then taken out the fiber cloth, superimposed to the required thickness, and dried strong airflow in the tower is blown and dried, and then hot pressed to form a graphene oxide composite material.
