NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotube composite transparent conductive film involves spreading graphene oxide solution on aqueous phase interface of Langmuir?Blodgett (LB) film forming instrument, forming graphene oxide sheet, uniformly spreading carbon nanotube solution on graphene oxide sheet, obtaining graphene/carbon nanotube composite at the aqueous interface of LB membrane system, transferring composite material to transparent substrate, and reducing using hydrated hydrazine at room temperature for 0.5-48 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotube composite transparent conductive film used in manufacture of flexible display device. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene/carbon nanotube composite transparent conductive film having high transparency and excellent photoelectric performance, by simple method with strong operatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/carbon nanotube composite transparent conductive film involves spreading graphene oxide solution on aqueous phase interface of LB film forming instrument, forming graphene oxide sheet after 10-60 minutes, uniformly spreading carbon nanotube solution on graphene oxide sheet of LB film maker, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, obtaining graphene/carbon nanotube composite at the aqueous interface of LB membrane system, transferring obtained composite material to a transparent substrate in the pulling speed of 1-10 mm/minute, and reducing using hydrated hydrazine at room temperature for 0.5-48 hours.
