NOVELTY - The high-temperature fuel cell single cell (10) comprises a cathode, an anode and a proton exchange membrane that is laminated in order. The cathode includes a cathode gas transmission layer (1) having a porous structure. The material of the cathode gas transmission layer comprises any one of foam copper, foam aluminum, foam nickel, foam carbon and foam graphene. The proton exchange membrane comprises a polybenzimidazole proton exchange membrane. USE - High temperature fuel cell for use in electric pile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high temperature fuel cell single battery uses the cathode gas transmission layer to replace the cathodes gas flow passage structure and gas diffusion layer in the existing single battery, which can effectively make the air uniformly diffuse to cathode catalytic layer. The cathode structure is simplified, and the thickness of the single battery is effectively reduced, so as to improve the power density of the galvanic pile. The interface resistance between cathode transmission layer and cathode catalyst layer is eliminated or reduced, which is good for cathode gasses quickly and uniformly diffused to cathodes catalyst layer surface.
