NOVELTY - Aqueous low-temperature metal baking varnish, comprises 10-60 pts. wt.acrylic resin, 5-30 pts.wt. amino resin, 1-5 pts.wt. organosilicon coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-10 pts.wt. antioxidant graphene oxide, 0-10 pts.wt.cosolvent, 3-20 pts.wt. adhesion promoter deionized water.The baking and curing temperature is 90-110℃. USE - Aqueous low-temperature metal baking varnish used for coating outer surface of metal workpiece. Uses include but are not limited to lamp, household appliance, metal surface, metal art, automobile, motorcycle fitting, oil tank and other protective decorative paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous low-temperature metal baking varnish is environment-friendly, safe, green, anti-aging, non-toxic, no pollution, and has excellent heat resistance and low temperature characteristics. It can be quickly cured at 105-115?? C of low temperature condition, has excellent adhesion, good alcohol-resistant wiping, high hardness and excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of aqueous low-temperature metal baking varnish, involves mixing 10-60 pts.wt. acrylic resin, 3-20pts.wt. deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding 1-5 pts.wt. hydrogen peroxide solution, again stirring for 1-3 minutes;(2)adding 1-5 pts.wt. neutralizing agent, 1-3 pts.wt.antifoaming agent, 5-10 pts.wt.latent solvent, stirring for 10 minutes until uniform; (3)adding 5-30pts.wt.amino resin, 5 ~ 10 pts.wt.organic silicon coupling agent, 10-20 pts.wt.titanium pigment, stirring for about five minutes until uniform, then adding 2-10pts.wt.pH value regulator until the pH value of the mixture is about 7, step four, adding 10 -20 pts.wt.nano-scale oxidation graphene 1-5 pts.wt.adhesion promoter, stirring until the mixture is uniform, to obtain aqueous low-temperature metal baking varnish.
