▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive carbon film is formed by directly coating single-layer or multi-layer graphene on surface of a base plate or device. The single-layer graphene has thickness of 0.34-1.4 nm and the multi-layer graphene has thickness of 0.7-7 nm. The carbon film has electrical conductivity of 1x 10-4-1x 104 S/cm. USE - Carbon conductive film is used in precision instrument, micro-electronics, aerospace, machine, building and medical treatment (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive carbon film. A water-soluble single-layer or multi-layer graphene is obtained from graphite or other carbon materials by chemical oxidation. Organic-solvent-soluble single-layer or multi-layer graphene solution is prepared by processing water-soluble single-layer or multi-layer graphene. The water-soluble or organic-solvent-soluble single- or multi-layer graphene is coated on the surface of a substrate, and dried, to obtain thin film. The thin film is chemically reduced and baked, to obtain carbon film.
