▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based positive temperature coefficient (PTC) ink comprises graphene, conductive additive, temperature-sensitive additive with positive temperature coefficient, dispersant, resin, water and other additives. The graphene is distributed in layers, and the conductive additive and the temperature-sensitive additive with positive temperature coefficient are sandwiched between different graphene layers. USE - Graphene-based positive temperature coefficient ink for electrical heating device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink has excellent electrical conductivity where conductivity will not be deteriorated after more than 100 cycles, and cycle performance and is prepared by simple and environmentally-friendly preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the graphene-based PTC ink, which involves mixing graphene, dispersant and water, dispersing by high-speed shearing into graphene/water dispersion with graphene content of 0.01-0.1 wt.%, adding conductive additive and the temperature-sensitive additive with positive temperature coefficient to graphene/water dispersion, dispersing into low-concentration conductive dispersion, filtering to obtain high-concentration conductive dispersion with solid content of 5-10 wt.%, mixing high-concentration conductive dispersion with resin and other additive; and (2) electrical heating device, which comprises electrothermal coating, electrode and at least two insulating layers. The electrothermal coating is made of the graphene-based PTC ink. The electrode is electrically connected to the electrothermal coating, and the electrode and the electrothermal coating are arranged between the at least two insulating layers.
