NOVELTY - An epoxy resin graphene composite aerogel comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 9-15 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. acetone, 1.5-3 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 1-2 pts. wt. aminoethylpiperazine, 2-5 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. stannous chloride. USE - Epoxy resin graphene composite aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The non-toxic, tasteless and environmentally-friendly epoxy resin graphene composite aerogel has enhanced electrical and mechanical properties, and is prepared by simple process at low production cost, and is harmless to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of epoxy resin graphene composite aerogel, which involves (1) adding graphene, silica aerogel and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, mixing with titanate coupling agent and absolute ethanol, ultrasonically processing at 500-1000 W for 30-60 minutes, removing the solvent to obtain mixture (A), (2) mixing epoxy resin, phenolic resin, acetone and aminoethylpiperazine, mixing evenly, adding mixture (A) and stannous chloride, and stirring in mixer for 10-30 minutes to obtain final product.
