NOVELTY - Sulfide quantum dot modified graphene photocatalytic material preparation involves adding butyl titanate solution into graphene dispersion with stirring continuously for 15-30 minutes, and then allowing to stand for 1-2 hours to obtain a colloidal solution. The graphene dispersion is obtained by adding 0.05-0.1 g graphene to 20-30 ml anhydrous ethanol under stirring ultrasonically for 15-30 minutes. USE - Method for preparing photocatalytic material used for preparing wastewater treatment catalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares photocatalytic material in a simple and cost-effective manner with easy recovery, wide spectral response range and high catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sulfide quantum dot modified graphene photocatalytic material preparation involves adding butyl titanate solution into graphene dispersion with stirring continuously for 15-30 minutes, and then allowing to stand for 1-2 hours to obtain a colloidal solution. The graphene dispersion is obtained by adding 0.05-0.1 g graphene to 20-30 ml anhydrous ethanol under stirring ultrasonically for 15-30 minutes. The butyl titanate solution is prepared by mixing 10-20 ml glacial acetic acid with 10-20 ml anhydrous ethanol, where 5-10 ml butyl titanate is added under stirring followed by ultrasonic stirring for 15-30 minutes. The sulfide quantum dot dispersion solution is added to the obtained colloidal solution under ultrasonic stirring for 15-30 minutes. 8-10 g sulfide powder is added to 800-1000 ml N,N-dimethylpyrrolidone solution under ultrasonic dispersion for 20-40 minutes, and then stirred for 20-40 minutes to obtain a sulfide quantum dot dispersion solution. The obtained sulfide quantum dot dispersion solution is cooled at room temperature to obtain, where the obtained precipitate is washed with absolute ethanol, and then washed with deionized water to get washed precipitate. The dried precipitate is heat treated at 500-600 degrees C for 2-3 hours under a protective atmosphere to obtain the sulfide quantum dot modified graphene nanosphere photocatalytic material.
