▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Conductive polymer/graphene film composite film, is claimed. The production of conductive polymer/graphene film composite film comprises (i) formulating graphene oxide into graphene oxide aqueous solution having a concentration of 0.5-10 mu g/ml, forming a film by suction filtration using an AAO film as a substrate, where the thickness of the graphene film is 2 nm or less; (ii) attaching the graphene oxide film to the AAO film placed in a closed container, and introducing HI at 80-100 degrees C from the bottom to the upper side for 0.1-1 hours; (iii) uniformly spin-coating the conductive polymer diluent on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide film, and evaporating the solvent is evaporated at room temperature; and (iv) thermally fumigating the solid transfer agent to the surface of the polymer, cooling, peeling the conductive polymer/graphene film off from the AAO substrate, where the solid transfer agent is sublimed to remove the solid transfer agent. USE - The film is useful for low frequency acoustic wave detector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The detector has high sensitivity and detection range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of conductive polymer/graphene film composite film in a low frequency acoustic wave detector, where the detector signal collecting portion is composed of the conductive polymer/graphene film composite film and a conductive substrate, and the two are parallel to form a capacitor structure; under the action of sound waves, the composite film vibrates, and the acoustic wave detector occurs, corresponding capacitance changes, where the thickness of the composite film is less than 1 mu m.
