▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier load atom-grade dispersed iridium cluster catalyst comprises nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier and iridium species. The iridium species is uniformly loaded on the surface of the nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier in the manner of atomic-grade dispersed iridium cluster. USE - The catalyst is useful for direct dehydrogenation of n-butane to produce butylene, preferably butylene is 1-butylene and/or 2-butylene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: has no pollution to the environment, high catalytic activity and selectivity under low temperature conditions, and saves energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier load atom-grade dispersed iridium cluster catalyst comprising (1) taking nano-diamond as raw material, preparing nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier, (2) depositing the iridium species on the nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier by deposition precipitation method, obtaining nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier load atom-level dispersed iridium cluster catalyst precursor and (3) placing the nano-diamond/graphene composite carrier load atom-level dispersed iridium cluster catalyst precursor in the quartz tube, reducing treatment in the mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen and obtaining the nano-diamond load atom-level dispersed iridium cluster catalyst.
