NOVELTY - Anti-cracking shrinkage type concrete additive comprises unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether monomer, catalyst, acrylic acid, functionalized modified nano graphene oxide solution, initiator, chain transfer agent, unsaturated acid, crosslinking agent, quaternary ammonium salt cationic monomer and reducing agent. USE - As anti-cracking shrinkage type concrete additive. ADVANTAGE - The anti-cracking shrinkage type concrete additive has excellent dispersibility, more stable property and effect of filling, connecting, and healing microporous cracks, enhances interface and bonding force, and improves properties of the bubble structure inside the concrete, and crack resistance and shrinkage performance of the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the anti-cracking shrinkage-reducing concrete additive, which involves (i) adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether monomer, catalyst and acrylic acid to a functionalized modified nano graphene oxide solution, mixing and ultrasonically processing, tranferring to a reaction device, heating at 80 degrees C and stirring, (ii) mixing initiator, chain transfer agent and water and adding to a first dropping device, (iii) mixing unsaturated acid, crosslinking agent, quaternary ammonium salt cationic monomer and water and adding to a second dropping device, (iv) mixing reducing agent and water and adding to a third dropping device, (v) adding the solutions in the three dripping devices to the reaction device respectively, and conducting a constant temperature reaction at 80 degrees C, and (vi) after the reaction is completed, reducing the temperature to room temperature, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value of the reaction solution to 7-8 to obtain the anti-cracking shrinkage-resistant concrete admixture.
