DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing a graphene-copper nano wire composite film comprising mixing ethanediol and water at a mass ratio of 1-2:1 to obtain transfer medium, drying the transfer medium at 100-200 degrees C in a reducing temperature and/or inert atmosphere for 30-60 minutes, dissolving in organic solvent, stirring, drying to obtain graphene, implanting copper nano wire layer on a prepared substrate, and covering the obtained material with the prepared graphene.
