▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene on plastic substrate comprises (i) growing graphene on metal substrate surface by chemical vapor depositing method; (ii) heating step (i) product in presence of oxygen; (iii) sequentially stacking composite plastic base layer substrate, step (ii) product and metal substrate layer, where plastic base layer substrate include hot-melt adhesives; (iv) immersing the step (iii) product in water and incubating at constant temperature; and (v) separating metal substrate layer under external force from the step (iv) product to complete transfer of graphene on plastic substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene on plastic substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids corrosion of the metal substrate; has fast transfer process; is environment friendly; produces high quality grapheme; and can use metal substrate repeatedly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: (1) graphene roll preparation device to obtain the graphene rolls on the surface of metal substrate, where the operation speed of metal substrate is 0-5 rotations/minute, transferring to the roll preparation device and then to separation device for separating the graphene rolls, where the separation device comprises a a support body, a hot water pool, a multi parallel roller wheel, the roller wheel is used for rolling the sample composite structure, the upper portion of the support body is set with two adjacent means for controlling the graphite rubber composite layer and metal substrate layer, the two adjacent means moves in opposite direction of the separating roller wheels, the separating roller wheels is useful for receiving roller wheel I that rolls the graphene layer and receiving roller wheel II that rolls the metal substrate layer, the separating roller wheel is located on the hot water pool, separating, to obtain the metal substrate and repeating step (i)-step (v); and (2) graphene roll, prepared as mentioned above.
