▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A multi-layer graphene preparing method involves preparing vinyl polymer compound, where the compound is heated in presence of inert gas atmosphere at 700-1500 degrees C for 1 minute-2hours. The obtained multi-layer graphene mixture is treated with hydrofluoric acid for 1-48 hours, and the obtained product is treated with sulfuric acid and nitric acid for 1-48 hours. The obtained product is filtered and collected to obtain pure multi-layer graphite alkene product. The vinyl polymer is styrene monomer comprising benzaldehyde compound (I) or (methyl) acrylate monomer. USE - Method for preparing multi-layer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing multi-layer graphene in a simple, convenient and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A multi-layer graphene preparing method involves preparing vinyl polymer compound, where the compound is heated in presence of inert gas at flow rate 50-1000 ml/minute at 700-1500 degrees C for 1 minute-2 hours to obtain multi-mixture of graphite alkene. The graphene mixture is treated with hydrofluoric acid solution (in mass%) (10-30) for 1-48 hours, and the obtained product is treated with sulfuric acid (60-98) and nitric acid (30-65) at volume ratio of 1:1 for 1-48 hours. The obtained product is filtered to obtain pure multi-layer graphite alkene product. The vinyl polymer is selected from one of styrene monomer comprising benzaldehyde compound (I), (methyl) acrylate monomer, vinyl aromatic monomer and vinyl ether monomer, and the vinyl polymer is prepared by mixing vinyl monomer (in weight parts) (85-98.5), oil-soluble evocating agent (0.0085-9.85), laminated compound (1-10) and aromatization catalyst (0.5-5) in presence of inert gas at 75-120 degrees C to obtain polymerized pre-polymer. The obtained product is heated at 60-120 degrees C for 12-72 hours and cured to form vinyl polymer. The obtained polymer is treated with water-soluble initiator (0.00859.85) and distilled water (85-394) at 60-120 degrees C for 12-72 hours to obtain flowable polymer.
