NOVELTY - Preparing solvent-free epoxy coating containing silicon nitride-containing graphene oxide composite powder involves forming modified silicon nitride, adding silicon nitride to mixed solution of absolute ethanol, silane coupling agent and water, and configuring silicon nitride dispersion liquid having mass fraction of 1-5%, stirring for 10-20 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes, mass fraction ratio of the mixed solution of absolute ethanol, silane coupling agent and water is 7:2:1, under conditions of constant temperature oil bath at 70-80 degrees C and mechanical agitation at 800-1200 revolution/minute, temperature is maintain for 4-6 hours, after reaction is completed. USE - Methd for preparing solvent-free epoxy coating containing silicon nitride-containing graphene oxide composite powder used in marine anticorrosion of ships (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare solvent-free epoxy coating containing silicon nitride-containing graphene oxide composite powder that is environment-friendly, has good coating compactness, excellent anti-corrosion performance, high hardness, flexibility, and impact resistance. The mass fraction ratio of the mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol, silane coupling agent and water is 7:2:1, under conditions of 70-80 degrees C constant temperature oil bath and 800-1200 revolution/minute mechanical agitation, heat preservation reaction is 4-6 hours, after reaction is completed. The product is filtered and washed, and product is dried in a vacuum drying box at 75-90 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide. The modified silicon nitride prepared and modified graphene oxide prepared are dispersed to N, N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonic dispersion for 15-30 minutes to obtain suspension with mass fraction of 5% and uniform dispersion, under conditions of 100-130 degrees C constant temperature oil bath, heat preservation reaction for 5-7 hours, after reaction is completed. The product is filtered, washed, and product is dried in a vacuum drying box at 100-130 degrees C for 8-14 hours to obtain silicon nitride graphene oxide composite powder. The silicon nitride-containing graphene oxide composite powder solvent-free epoxy coating includes component A and component B, component A includes 50-100 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. silicon nitride graphene oxide composite powder, 15-30 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent. The component B includes 20-35 pts. wt. of curing agent and component A and component B are mixed at ratio of 100:(20-25).
