▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Metal and carbon-based material containing electrode surface graphene coating comprises sol precursor, solvent and graphene powder. The graphene composite coating is formed on the surface of the electrode by cooperative reaction of the sol-gel and the graphene. USE - Used as metal and carbon-based material containing electrode surface graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating: has excellent conductivity; and is suitable for mass production. The method: is simple; and has low cost and strong adhesive effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metal and carbon-based material containing electrode surface graphene coating, comprising (i) providing thin layer of graphene powder, sol, solvent, deionized water, acid catalyst and metal and carbon-based material electrode, (ii) cleaning and drying the graphene powder using mixture of ethanol and water having different proportions, and then allowing to stand, (iii) uniformly mixing sol, deionized water, solvent and acid catalyst under magnetic stirring condition, (iv) uniformly adding processed graphene powder to sol, ultrasonically processing for 30-45 minutes to make graphene dispersed uniformly in the solution, and allowing to stand for 5-10 days to obtain graphene coating agent, and (v) uniformly covering the coating agent on the surface of the metal and carbon-based material electrode by pulling or spin coating, freeze drying and annealing to obtain graphene coating on the electrode surface.
