NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer comprises 10-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. coalescing agent, 40-70 pts. wt. flaky zinc powder, 4-20 pts. wt. spherical zinc powder, 0-25 pts. wt. phosphorus iron powder, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-2 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 10-30 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. lithium magnesium silicate and 5-10 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer: has simple construction, low volatile organic compound content, high hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, excellent anti-hanging property, good anti-precipitation performance and excellent salt spray resistance, which improves storage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer, comprising (1) providing above mentioned components, (2) mixing epoxy resin, 60-70 wt.% coalescing agent, wetting and dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, flake zinc powder, spherical zinc powder, phosphorus iron powder, graphene oxide, gas phase silicon dioxide and anti-flash rust agent to obtain A component, (3) mixing curing agent, remaining coalescing agent, deionized water and lithium magnesium silicate to obtain B component.
