▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The wet transfer method for preparing graphene, involves (1) cleaning and drying copper foil on which graphene is grown, and configuring concentrated corrosion solution with anti-wrinkle agent, (2) adding heptane to etching solution to obtain heptane-anti-wrinkle agent, adding heptane-anti-wrinkle agent to graphene-copper foil, covering heptane-anti-wrinkle agent on surface of graphene, and forming heptane-anti-wrinkle agent on the surface of graphene, (3) floating graphene-copper foil with heptane layer on liquid surface of etching solution, positioning graphene on copper foil and adding heptane-anti-wrinkle agent to graphene-copper foil on etching solution, (4) waiting copper foil to dissolve, laying oxide layer over graphene, (5) pressing substrate against graphene until graphene is in full contact with substrate, attaching graphene to substrate to form graphene-substrate, (6) washing graphene-substrate, removing etching solution, residual metal and heptane and drying. USE - Wet transfer method for preparing wrinkle-free polymer-free graphene. ADVANTAGE - The wet transfer method enables preparation of wrinkle-free polymer-free graphene by simple process.
