NOVELTY - The multifunctional film has metal nanoparticle (350) which is arranged in the defect exists between domains. The graphene is segmented by domains. The metal nanoparticle is connected between carbon atoms of each domain. The metal nanoparticle is distributed unevenly. The conductivity of the multifunctional film is large as the conductivity of the metal nanoparticle is large. The conductivity of multifunctional film is small as the conductivity of metal nanoparticle is small. USE - Multifunctional film used in organic light emitting display apparatus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface resistance of the multifunctional film is high, so that the charge injection capability of the multifunctional film is improved. The working function of the organic light emitting display apparatus is increased. The water vapor transmission ratio property of the apparatus is ensured. The penetration of oxygen and external moisture of organic layer is prevented to protect the internal unit. The time and steps required for manufacturing the apparatus is reduced. The manufacturing cost of the apparatus is reduced.
