NOVELTY - Vehicle heating device comprises a heating body (301), an outer surface (302), a heat reflecting layer (303), two vacuum heat insulation layers (304) and two shells (305), the vacuum heat insulating layer is located between the heating body and the outer surface, the vacuum heat insulating layer is located between the heating body and the heat reflecting layer, the heating body, the outer surface, the heat reflecting layer and two vacuum heat insulating layers are fixed between the two shells. USE - The heating device is useful for electric automobile, hybrid vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and hydrogen-powered vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The heating device solves the problem that the existing vehicle heating device provides warm air for the passenger cabin due to the heating cooling water, causing serious energy loss, realizes fast heating of human body, no wind, no noise heating, improving winter heat comfort level at the same time, designing the structure for preventing mistakenly touching and scalding on the heating device, avoiding the damage of high temperature to human body.
