▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has a quantum dot LED attached on an outer wall surface of a lens. A hole transport layer, a quantum dot light emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a graphene infrared absorbing layer are arranged between an anode i.e. graphene electrode layer and a cathode i.e. aluminum electrode layer. The quantum dot light emitting layer is provided with a quantum dot light emitting diode. A graphene layer is provided with a barrier layer. A carrier blocking layer is arranged between the anode of the quantum dot LED and the hole transmission layer. USE - Wearable infrared imaging device for a curved glass. ADVANTAGE - The device is convenient to wear, can directly convert mid-infrared, mid-infrared and near infrared radiation into visible light image without refrigeration, and has ultra-low power consumption-rate, thin thickness and transparent structure.
