NOVELTY - The method involves transferring the graphene film (103) before patterning to the substrate (2), and depositing a conductive material (104) on the graphene film transferred onto the substrate. The patterning of the predetermined pattern is performed on the conductive material, and a portion other than the predetermined pattern is removed in the conductive material. The graphene film exposed from the conductive material is removed, and the conductive material is removed on the graphene film after patterning. The graphene film is transferred to the substrate using a support layer made of a resin material. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene film of electronic device.
