NOVELTY - Preparation of warp-knitted curtain fabric involves mixing photodegradable functional nanopowder and antistatic functional nanopowder and performing surface modification through a high-speed kneader, mixing the modified nanopowder and resin powder, blending and granulating to obtain antistatic/photodegradable functional masterbatch, drying, adding functional masterbatch by gravimetric method, adding pure resin chips through normal spinning channel, and mixing and spinning in the molten state to obtain antistatic/photodegradable functional fiber, weaving antistatic/photodegradable functional fibers, dyeing and finishing to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of warp-knitted curtain fabric with antistatic and photodegradation functions to treat indoor air by absorbing light and decompose harmful organic gases. ADVANTAGE - The method uses fibers as carrier of the photodegradable functional nanopowder. The fabric has excellent antistatic and photodegradation functions.
