NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible base plate (1) provided with a hole. A graphene layer (3) is formed on the flexible base plate through hole. An upper metal electrode board (4) is fixed on the flexible base plate. An upper and lower metal electrode board (2) are connected with the flexible base plate. Bottom of the upper metal electrode board is formed with the graphene layer. Top of the lower metal electrode bottom board is formed with of the graphene layer. The flexible base plate is made of an LCP material. Thickness of the flexible substrate is about 50 to 100 micron. USE - Temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, better flexible and better biological compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible temperature sensor preparation method.
