NOVELTY - Device comprises a discharge unit (1110) which includes the first electrode (1111) and the second electrode (1112) which are separately placed to each other and forms the gap, and generates the graphene precursor with the discharge from between the gap of the second electrode and the first electrode, and the first reaction bath (1120) which includes the graphene precursor and the acid generated in the discharge unit, and forms the nano graphene oxide (3011), and the first electrode includes carbon, and the second electrode comprises the metal. USE - Device for manufacturing nano graphene oxide used in nano-composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device for manufacturing nano graphene oxide used in nano-composite which application can show the drug load capacity and the photothermal treatment effect is excellent due to the large specific surface area, the nanocomposite and the nano graphene oxide that are manufactured by the device has the simple application process, the nanocomposite has an excellent storage stability and it altogether can control to the nano-size and is manufactured with the device of manufacturing the nano graphene oxide.
