▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe comprises a pipe body and an anti-corrosion coating applied on the surface of the pipe body. The stainless steel pipe comprises 0.04-0.06 wt.% carbon, 5-7 wt.% titanium, 2-3 wt.% niobium, 14-16 wt.% chromium, 3-4 wt.% molybdenum, 3-5 wt., rare earth elements, and balance of iron and unavoidable impurities. The rare earth element is a rare earth oxide modified by nano-silicon carbide. USE - The corrosion resistant stainless steel pipe is used in petroleum, chemical engineering, medical treatment, food, light industry, mechanical instrument and other industrial conveying pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant stainless steel pipe has the lowest loss weight of 0.14 g after corrosion resistance detection. The titanium element and oxygen have large affinity, the surface can generate compact oxide film with strong adhesive force, hence protects the stainless steel surface from corrosion. The carbon element is combined with the titanium element to generate titanium carbide and niobium carbide, it can avoid separating out the chromium carbides, and effectively prevents the inter-crystal corrosion. The chromium element improves the passivation ability of iron element to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipe. The molybdenum element promotes passivation film on the surface of stainless steel to be more compact and firm, to effectively enhance the corrosion resistance of steel pipe in non-oxidizing acid environment containing chloride ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe comprising smelting raw materials of stainless steel pipe at 1680-1700℃, deoxidizing and removing slag, casting into shape, annealing and forging at 500-650℃, cooling, coating with anti-corrosion paint, and drying to obtain the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe.
