▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a built-in cooling assembly that comprises a circular cavity arranged inside a roll (1). The middle of the roll is provided with a roller shaft (2) passing through the middle of circular cavity and passes through end faces of the roll. The ends of the roller shaft are provided with conveying channels (3) inside. One end of the roller shaft is provided with a first hole communicating between a group of conveying channels and the interior of the circular cavity. The other end of roller shaft is provided with a second hole communicating between other group of conveying channels and interior of circular cavity. The circular cavity is provided with a rotating mechanism that drives the roll to deform and reshape through the rotating expansion force. The rotating mechanism includes a rotating ring sleeved on the roller shaft. One side of the rotating ring is welded with a hard scraper. The hard scraper has a T-shaped structure attached to inner wall of circular cavity. USE - High hardness and high nickel-chromium-molybdenum composite roll structure. ADVANTAGE - The roller is made of high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, so that the roller has high hardness and shape memory effect, thus ensuring the service life of the roller. The roller allows the liquid cooling medium to circularly flow in the circular cavity and the storage box, to avoid the roller temperature to be too high, and circularly heated by the heating unit in the first chamber, thus maintaining a certain temperature state to cool the roller, and hence avoiding the phenomenon of excessive cooling or excessive heat of roller.
