NOVELTY - Real-time in vitro rapid detection system comprises graphene oxide coated microfiber sensor that is incubated on the graphene oxide coated microfiber sensor to capture RNA of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)N protein aptamer (RNA-AP) and DNA aptamer (DNA-AP) to achieve ultra-low concentration real-time detection of N protein. USE - The real-time in vitro rapid detection system is useful for detecting SARS-CoV-2 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system significantly enhances energy density of the microfiber surface.
