NOVELTY - Preparation of biological three-dimensional micro-nanoporous graphene comprises soaking foamed nickel in acetone, ethanol and deionized water mixture, sonicating, vacuum oven-drying, adding foamed nickel to chemical vapor deposition tube furnace, heating to under mixed inert gas and hydrogen atmosphere, passing through gaseous or liquid carbon source, and quickly cooling to room temperature; and growing graphene to obtain working electrode, forming three-electrode system, placing to ionic liquid electrolyte solution, reacting at constant voltage mode, washing and drying. USE - Method for preparation of biological three-dimensional micro-nanoporous graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has fast preparation and mild reaction conditions. The graphene has micro-nano hole which is conducive to fast mass transfer and charge transfer, increased specific surface area, rich surface microstructure, and greatly improved electrical activation properties.
