NOVELTY - High-performance fluororubber composition comprises 100 parts mass hydroxyl-terminated liquid fluororubber, 4-8 parts mass benzoyl peroxide, 7-13 parts mass triisocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 10-15 parts mass spray carbon black, 1-2.5 parts mass acid absorbing agent, 0-8 parts mass PTFE, 0-3.5 parts mass graphite, 4-8 parts mass carbon fiber, 4-8 parts mass graphene, 3-6 parts mass plasticizer, and 2-5 parts mass anti-scorch agent. USE - The high-performance fluororubber composition is used for sealing ring (claimed) for sealing of roadheader in domestic main rubber research institute and enterprise processing molding process. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance fluororubber composition has high heat-conducting coefficient, low temperature resistance, lip sebum state coefficient of friction reduced, processing and forming process is improved, product production efficiency and appearance quality are improved, and the production cost of the sealing is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a sealing ring made of the high-performance fluororubber composition; and a method for preparing the sealing ring, which involves mixing and stirring hydroxyl-terminated liquid fluororubber, graphene, carbon fiber, spray carbon black, anti-scorch agent, plasticizer and acid absorbing agent to obtain a component (A), mixing and stirring benzoyl peroxide and triisocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer to obtain a component (B), mixing and stirring graphite and PTFE to obtain a component (C), mixing the component (A), the component (B), and the component (C), performing high-speed stirring, pouring to a mold, heating and vulcanizing to obtain the sealing ring.
