▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite heterojunction comprises a substrate (1), a molybdenum disulfide layer (2) and a graphene layer (3). The molybdenum disulfide layer is arranged on the substrate. The graphene layer is arranged on the molybdenum disulfide layer. The graphene layer includes a first graphene layer and a second graphene layer. USE - The molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite heterojunction is useful for space high-power microwave component. Can also be used in communication, aerospace field and satellite large power component design. ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite heterojunction has high surface roughness on the carbon film by argon ion sputtering, which can efficiently increase the average collision times of secondary electron and surface trap wall to inhibit secondary electron emission phenomenon. The method reduces the sulfur vacancy of the prefabricated film; improves the crystal quality of the molybdenum disulfide buffer layer; optimizes the design of the process of preparing the molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite heterojunction by magnetron sputtering and combining with the annealing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite heterojunction.
