NOVELTY - Hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion comprises a kettle bottom material, first layer of monomer, second layer of monomer and water. The kettle bottom material comprises 5-40 pts. wt. glycidyl tertiary carbonic acid ester, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. solvent oil and 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst. The first monomer layer and the second monomer layer each independently comprise an acrylic monomer. USE - The hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion is useful for anti-masking paper tears primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion has short curing time, capable of reinforcing the base material in a short maintenance time and the formed paint film has excellent tear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are are also included for: preparing hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion, comprising (i) mixing the glycidyl tertiary butyl ester, graphene, solvent oil and catalyst, reacting to obtain kettle bottom material and (ii) mixing the kettle bottom material the first layer monomer, the second layer monomer and water sequentially to obtain the hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion; and anti-masking paper tears primer, comprising first component of hydroxy acrylic dispersion auxiliary agent, filler and water, and second component of curing agent.
