NOVELTY - An anti-oxidation graphene quantum dot modified proton exchange membrane involves mixing an aqueous solution of a graphene quantum dot with proton conductor resin solution, and adding a water-soluble porphyrin-based organic substance or water-soluble phthalocyanine-based organic substance to obtain a mixed solution, where the graphene quantum dot or derivative to the proton conductor resin at a mass ratio of 0.2-10:90-99.8, and the water-soluble porphyrin-based organic substance or the water-soluble phthalocyanine-based organic substance to the proton-conducting resin at a mass ratio of 0.05 to 0.5:10, dip coating the mixed solution onto the surface of the hydrophilic PTFE microporous membrane, air-drying at room temperature, dip coating, and drying to obtain the finished product.
