NOVELTY - Preparing graphene filled hydrogel-ultrasonic coupling patch involves adding glycerol and polyethylene glycol 400 as regulator, sucrose ester as emulsifier, adding calcium chloride solution after reacting to form transparent hydrogel as framework. The method includes taking 1.0-6.0 wt.% sodium alginate, 1.0-5.0 wt.% carrageenan, 0.03-0.05 wt.% xanthan gum, 0.05-0.1 wt.% sucrose ester, 2.0-5.0 wt.% glycerol, 2.0-5.0 wt.% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400, 0.01-0.12 wt.% preservative stirring uniformly to obtain mixture. The deionized water is supplying to achieve the finished product, the liquid mass ratio of 99.88-99.99 wt.%, stirring uniformly and putting into a preheated emulsifying machine heating and stirring for 30 minutes to prepare emulsion, standing and degassing. The 40g film liquid is poured to 125mm of surface through the blast drying to constant weight (40oC), cooling and standing, adding calcium chloride, reacting for 2 minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene filled hydrogel-ultrasonic coupling patch. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene filled hydrogel-ultrasonic coupling patch has good mechanical property and electrical property, and has good dispersibility in water or other solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene filled hydrogel-ultrasonic coupling patch involves adding glycerol and polyethylene glycol 400 as regulator, sucrose ester as emulsifier, adding calcium chloride solution after reacting to form transparent hydrogel as framework. The 40g film liquid is poured to 125mm of surface through the blast drying to constant weight (40oC), cooling and standing, adding calcium chloride, reacting for 2 minutes, washing by distilled water, drying at room temperature and then tear the film in precise constant-temperature incubator to balance for 72 hours. The shape and size required by the ultrasonic probe, preparing the graphene-filled solid coupling patch taking 1.0-6.0 wt.% sodium alginate, 1.0-5.0 wt.% carrageenan, 0.03-0.05 wt.% xanthan gum, 0.05-0.1 wt.% sucrose ester, 2.0-5.0 wt.% glycerol, 2.0-5.0 wt.% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400, 0.01-0.12 wt.% preservative, stirring uniformly to prepare the mixture, and adding aqueous graphene oxide (oxidized graphene amount is 0.01-0.1 wt.%). The specific supplementary deionized water reaches the finished product liquid mass ratio of 99.88-99.99 wt.%, stirring uniformly and putting into a preheated emulsifying machine heating and stirring for 30 minutes to prepare emulsion, standing and degassing according to mass, taking 40g of film liquid surface of the pouring vessel to 125mm blast drying at 40 degrees C to constant weight, cooling and standing. The calcium chloride is added, reacted for 2 minutes, washed by distilled water, dried at room temperature and then tear the film in precise constant-temperature incubator to balance for 72 hours, according to the shape and size required by the ultrasonic probe.
