NOVELTY - Preparing nano-particle with core-shell structure by aerogel method comprises (a) mixing the barium titanate nano-particles with de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-90minutes at 0-5 degrees C, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-30minutes at 0-5 degrees C, obtaining dispersion liquid and (b) placing the dispersion in the atomizing cup of the ultrasonic atomizer, controlling the water temperature of the ultrasonic atomizer at 0-20 degrees C, vibrating the dispersion into small droplets by ultrasonic wave, entering the high temperature area of the tubular furnace under the driving of the carrier gas, quickly drying under the condition of 500-800 degrees C, pumping and filtering to the receiving film of the receiver and taking off the particles to obtain the core-shell structure nano particles. USE - The nano-particle is useful in the field of dielectric energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the easy connection of two-dimensional nanomaterials in dielectric materials and dispersibility of the second phase filler in the ferroelectric polymer substrate.
