▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silicon carbide nanowires core-shell heterojunction material comprises a core body and a shell layer. The shell layer is uniformly coated on the core body. The core body is a silicon carbides nanowire, and the shell layer are graphene, carbon, silicon, silver, sulfur and/or boron nitride. USE - The silicon carbide nanowire core-shell heterojunction material is useful in preparation of ultraviolet light detector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to prepare precursor, the nano-wire core-shell heterostructure can be fired in one step, the process is simple and convenient, reduces the process cost, is good for realizing industrial large-scale production, and the sealing method can effectively isolate air, prevent impurity generation, and it can prepare the nanowire core- shell structure with high quality and high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of silicon carbide nanowire core-shell heterojunction material.
