NOVELTY - The plate has a display module covered by a glass layer (10). A hardened layer covers the glass layer that is provided with a thinning area (12) and a supporting area (11). The supporting area is surrounded by a periphery of the thinning area, where thickness of the thinning area is less than thickness of the supporting area. A side of the glass layer is formed with a groove. The thinning area is fixed between the glass layer and the groove. The thinning area is provided with a fillet rectangular-shaped structure. USE - Plate for covering a flexible display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate has better rigidity, The hardened layer has better hardness and strength. The hardened layer covers the glass layer for avoiding a surface of the glass layer from being pierced, scratch or crushed by a sharp object.
