▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) graphene heat generating ink comprises 50-70 wt.% binder, 9-21 wt.% solvent, 1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, 10-20 wt.% conductive filler, and 5-20 wt.% PTC functional material. USE - PTC graphene heat generating ink used for heat-generating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PTC graphene heat generating ink has increased PTC function and improved usability and eliminates the potential safety hazards of the prior art graphene heating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of PTC graphene heat generating ink comprising dispersing binder, solvent and auxiliary agent in a stirring device for 20-30 minutes, adding PTC functional material into the stirring device, stirring for 8-12 minutes, adding conductive filler, uniformly stirring, three-roller grinding for 4-6 times, and obtaining the product; and (2) heat-generating film comprising providing organic polymer substrate film, PTC graphene heat generating ink, conductive silver paste, conductive copper foil and organic polymer adhesive film, laminating the organic polymer substrate film, PTC graphene heat generating ink and organic polymer adhesive film by hot press molding, and fixing the conductive silver paste and conductive copper foil as electrode between the PTC graphene heat generating ink and organic polymer adhesive film.
