NOVELTY - The electrode has a three-dimensional (3D) conductive structure loaded with a metal lithium, where surface of the 3d conductive structure is modified with amino acids. A surface of the 3D conductive skeleton is modified with silver oxide particles, where the modified area of the silver oxide particles is 0-40 % of the surface area of the three-dimensional conductive structure.The 3d conductive structure is selected from one of carbon fibre film, carbon nano-tube film and graphene film, where thickness of the 3d conductive structure is about 20 microns to 100 microns. The surface of the 3d conductive structure is modified with amino for soaking the 3d conductive structure in the liquid metal lithium to obtain a lithium metal negative electrode. USE - Metal negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has excellent wet ability, and provides lithium secondary battery having excellent cycle performance, and reduces electron transfer resistance, thus improving the electrochemical performance of the battery. The electrode can be prepared by simple steps, and is easy to implement, which is good for realizing industrial production. The battery has excellent charging and discharging characteristics, and high cycle performance.
