▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive comprises 80-90 pts. wt. acrylic resin paste and 30-50 pts. wt. conductive filler. The conductive filler contains 50-60 wt.% graphene-coated copper powder according to mass percentage, and remainder is one or more of conductive silver powder, aluminum silver-plated powder, nano-zinc oxide, and nano-alumina. The acrylic resin slurry includes 10-20 pts. wt. acrylic hard monomer, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic soft monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. functional monomer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, and 120-150 pts. wt. ethyl acetate. USE - Pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive has high initial tack and high sticking performance and has good electrical conductivity, and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive, which involves: (A) weighing the required raw materials, adding acrylic hard monomer, acrylic soft monomer, 1/3 functional monomer, 1/3 initiator, 1/3 ethyl acetate, and mixing them into the reactor in the middle, stirring uniformly, heating at 80-85 degrees C, and reacting for 30-60 minutes; (B) adding the remaining functional monomer, initiator and ethyl acetate, continue to stir and react for 20-30 minutes; and (C) adding coupling agent, crosslinking agent and conductive filler, stirring and reacting for 2-3 hours, and then cooling to room temperature.
