Dust suction type nano-graphene loaded fiber bundle is prepared by mixing modified nano-titanium dioxide, quaternary ammonium salt and lactic acid. Water is added to obtained mixture, and then uniformly stirred at 80-90 degrees C. Titanium dioxide particles are added to obtained material, and then fully and uniformly stirred to obtain a product. The obtained product is cooled, and then dried to obtain dried product. The nano-active agent is magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide or silicon nitride. The modified nano-titanium dioxide is prepared by soaking active carbon fiber in deionized water for 1-2 hours. The soaked material is dried in an oven for 3-5 hours. The mixture is uniformly stirred with water at 90-96 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The additive is prepared by dispersing certain amount of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite in deionized water to prepare slurry. Monosodium phosphate dehydrate is added to obtained slurry, and then treated with acetic acid for adjusting pH value to 3.7. Cetrimonium bromide is added to obtained material, and then processed to obtain modified graphite oxide solution. The modified graphite oxide solution is filtered, and then the filtrate is dried at 50 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain nano-graphene.
