▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves: 1) taking powder of average particle diameter of less than 0.02 mu m of light calcium carbonate powder and magnesium powder, mixing; 2) putting mixture of step 1) in heat treatment furnace, introducing through 70-100 ml/minute argon gas heated protection for 2-3 hours to heat up at 650-700 degrees C for 1 hour, heating 1-2 hours at 830-950 degrees C for 50 minutes, cooling to room temperature in protection of argon gas; and 3) reacting obtained grey powder with hydrogen ion concentration of 5 mol/l of acid solution for 30 minutes, and washing to neutral with deionized water. USE - For preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method for preparation of graphene has simple production equipment and technology; is easy to control; has low production cost; and is large industrial-scale graphene preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene, involves: 1) taking powder of average particle diameter of less than 0.02 mu m of light calcium carbonate powder and magnesium powder according to weight ratio of 195-205:100 and mixing uniformly; 2) putting the mixture powder of step 1) in heat treatment furnace, introducing through 70-100 ml/minute argon gas heated protection within 2-3 hours to heat up 650-700 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1 hour, then heating 1-2 hours at 830-950 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 50 minutes, cooling to room temperature in the protection of argon gas to obtain a gray powder; and 3) reacting the obtained grey powder with hydrogen ion concentration of 5 mol/l of acid solution for 30 minutes, then washing to be neutral with deionized water to obtain high purity graphene product.
