NOVELTY - A method of producing surface conductive polymer composite material doped on its surface with grapheme is to immerse a swollen polymer containing a first volume into a grapheme-containing aqueous solution. The swollen polymer absorbs the solution to swell into a second volume greater than the first volume. Subsequently, the swollen polymer is made to immerse into the solution for a period of time, so that the graphene can be made to enter through a plurality of pores generated by the swelling of the swollen polymer into the swollen polymer and distribute to at least a surface depth. Finally, the swollen polymer is carried out with a drying process, such that the solution is dissipated to make the swollen polymer contracted, while the graphene is left in residues onto the swollen polymer to form a surface conductive layer. By means of making the swollen polymer contain the graphene, the problem of peeling on the surface conductive layer can be prevented.
