NOVELTY - The preparation method of a silane graphene thermal conductive coating involves taking graphite as raw material and then improving oxidation to obtain modified graphene oxide, freeze-drying the modified graphene oxide to obtain lyophilized graphene oxide, adding silane to the lyophilized graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture in dimethylformamide solution, adding activating agent and oxygen radical to the mixture and then stirring, adding silane coupling agent to the mixture and then reacting, dissolving the mixture in an organic solvent and then heating, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of silane graphene thermal conductive coating, which is useful for electric hot plates, electric heating kettle and electric knives. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of silane graphene coating with excellent thermal conductivity and adsorption force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of a silane graphene thermal conductive coating involves taking graphite as raw material and then improving oxidation using Hummers method to obtain modified graphene oxide, freeze-drying the modified graphene oxide to obtain lyophilized graphene oxide, adding silane to the lyophilized graphene oxide, uniformly mixing, dispersing the mixture in dimethylformamide solution, adding activating agent and oxygen radical to the mixture and then stirring, adding silane coupling agent to the mixture and then reacting to obtain silylated graphene oxide, dissolving the silylated graphene oxide in an organic solvent, spraying substrate, heating the mixture at high temperature, and drying.
