NOVELTY - Preparation of irradiated graphene quantum dots (IGQDs) liposome involves taking 1.2-1.5 g carbon fiber, adding to 250-500 mL round bottom three-necked flask, adding mixed acid, ultrasonic treating at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, heating for 24-36 hours, cooling, adding 400-800 mL deionized water, centrifuging at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-45 minutes, removing lower precipitate, collecting upper black solution, filtering, removing large particles, placing in dialysis bag for 3-5 days to obtain graphene quantum dots (GQD), taking 10 mL GQD, and adding to 85 mL deionized water. USE - Method for preparing irradiated graphene quantum dots liposome (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liposome has excellent water solubility and low biological toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of irradiated graphene quantum dots (IGQDs) liposome comprises taking 1.2-1.5 g carbon fiber, adding to 250-500 mL round bottom three-necked flask, adding mixed acid, ultrasonic treating at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, heating for 24-36 hours, cooling, adding 400-800 mL deionized water, centrifuging at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-45 minutes, removing lower precipitate, collecting upper black solution, filtering, removing large particles, placing in dialysis bag for 3-5 days to obtain graphene quantum dots (GQD), taking 10 mL GQD, adding to 85 mL deionized water, adding 5 mL dimethylformamide, ultrasonic dispersing for 30-45 minutes, placing in polyethylene film bag, filling with nitrogen gas, heat sealing, conveying, electron accelerator irradiating, performing dialysis for 3-5 days to obtain IGQDs, mixing 188-376 mg hydrogenated soybean phospholipids, 46-92 mg high purity cholesterol and 34-69 mg distearyl phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol, adding to 3 mL chloroform and 1 mL methanol, dissolving, steaming, removing organic solvents, forming layers after 30-45 minutes, adding IGQDs, mixing, heating at 60-65 degrees C, hydrating at 200-300 rpm for 30-45 minutes, ultrasonic dispersing, extruding, squeezing, refrigerating at 4-5 degrees C, and eluting for 2-5 minutes. Mixed acid comprises sulfuric acid and nitric acid at mass ratio of 3-4:1.
