▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly double-bath fiber impregnation treatment system comprises first-bath impregnation solution and second-bath impregnation solution, where the first-bath impregnation solution includes (1) phenolic compound and water; or (2) phenolic compound, filler and water; and the second-bath impregnation solution includes epoxy resin, amine compound, rubber latex and water. USE - The fiber impregnation treatment system is useful for preparing gum impregnation fiber fabric used for high speed high-load vehicle/aircraft tire, high pressure resistant special rubber tube and high-strength special rubber conveying belt. ADVANTAGE - The fiber impregnation treatment system is suitable for industrial production, and has high rigidity and strength for resisting external stress, and good elasticity for bearing strain. The impregnation glue solution exhibits excellent bonding between the treated fiber and rubber substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the environmentally friendly double-bath fiber impregnation treatment system comprising (a1) mixing a phenolic compound with water and optionally a filler to obtain the first-bath impregnation solution, and (a2) mixing epoxy resin, amine compound and rubber latex with water to obtain the second-bath impregnation solution; and (2) preparing dipped fiber fabric comprising using the environmentally friendly double-bath fiber impregnation treatment system to treat fiber fabric.
