NOVELTY - Utilizing graphene oxide involves pre-processing the cotton seed cleaning, removing the floating dust on the cotton seed, impurity, dissolving the graphene in water, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, preparing into coating solution, completely immersing the cotton seed after cleaning in the coating solution, soaking for 10-30 minutes, then performing ultrasonic treatment, directly sowing the cotton seeds after ultrasonic treatment, the concentration of graphene in the coating 20-220 mg/L and the frequency of the ultrasonic treatment is 15 -50 kiloHertz, the ultrasonic processing time is 3-10 minutes. USE - Method for utilizing graphene oxide used in improving cotton anti-saline-alkali performance. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the adaptability of cotton in drought saline-alkali area, simplifies the seeding operation, and improves the germination rate of cotton seed, which is good for the growth and development time of the same cotton seedling.
