▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of thin silk-shaped nitrogen-doped carbon involves directly mechanically mixing high-temperature self-flowing carbon precursor powder heavy oil residue with graphite-phase carbon nitride, or directly stirring and mixing liquid low-cost carbon precursor and graphite-phase carbon nitride powder into a viscous state, calcining obtained mixture at high temperature, such that the carbon precursor is coated on the template surface fluidity, cracked and carbonized, and cooling. USE - Preparation of thin silk-shaped nitrogen-doped carbon used for preparing cathode of lithium battery and high-power storage component ADVANTAGE - The method uses a simple environment-friendly way to prepare the thin nitrogen porous doped carbon-doped carbon, reduces the cost, simplifies the process and solves the problem of graphene and efficient utilization of active carbon hole, at the same time, it has good conductivity and excellent wetting property, and satisfies the need of lithium battery cathode or other high power energy storage component.
