▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduction of graphene oxide with microbial fermentation broth comprises constructing Escherichia coli to express (FeFe) hydrogenase heterologously, inoculating Escherichia coli in fermentation medium, adding isopropyl beta -d-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) to induce expression of hydrogenase, performing anaerobic fermentation on fermentation broth in constant temperature shaker to obtain supernatant of fermentation broth, performing anaerobic centrifugation on supernatant of fermentation broth, filtering supernatant, sterilizing to obtain aseptic anaerobic fermentation broth, adding fermentation broth with graphene oxide aqueous solution and hydrogen under anaerobic conditions and culturing under constant temperature oscillation. USE - The method is for reduction of graphene oxide with microbial fermentation broth.
